Staying With Us?
If you’ve already told us…
Then you’re all set with a room for the night of 18th July. We’ve secured a special reduced rate for that night only, payable directly to the hotel in advance. We’ve passed your details to the hotel, so they know which room you’re in and how long you’re staying. oh, and breakfast is included for the sunday.
Important: The hotel won’t contact you — you’ll need to call them to make your payment and confirm your booking. Their contact details are below.
Payment is due by 18th April 2026 (three months before the wedding). After that, unpaid rooms may be reallocated, so don’t leave it too late.
If you’ve also reserved a room for the night before, the hotel has that noted too and will confirm when you call. While there’s no special rate for that night, you’ll still receive a 10% discount, and you don’t need to pay until check-out.
Check-in is from 3pm on either day. If you’re arriving on the day of the wedding, there’s a secure luggage room available, and we’ve allowed time in the schedule after dinner for you to pop out, check in, and freshen up.
If you’re staying the night before, we highly recommend the hotel’s fantastic on-site restaurant for a relaxed evening.

Most taxis will need to be booked in advance, especially for getting to the venue and heading home at the end of the night. We’ve listed two local companies below to help you plan ahead. Just a heads-up—Uber and other rideshare apps don’t operate in the area, so a local taxi is your best bet.
